How I Work
Discovery
I combine desk research with primary fieldwork, interviews, surveys, and on-site observation to ground every decision in real behaviour rather than assumption.
Define
I synthesise findings into clearly framed problem statements and user segments, ensuring the solution structure mirrors the actual problem before any design work begins.
Ideate
I define the information architecture and system relationships first, using AI to rapidly stress-test structural variations so I can focus attention on the decisions that genuinely require design judgment.
Design & Prototype
I move through lo-fi to hi-fi with clear iteration rationale at each stage. Every change is a direct response to a specific usability finding, not aesthetic preference.
Validate
I test in the actual use environment, not a lab, and present outcomes directly to the stakeholders whose decisions will determine whether the solution reaches the people it was designed for.

Founder | Product Lead
Designed and built the world's first voice-powered health intelligence app for chronic illness patients solo, owning the full product lifecycle from user research and conversational UX through to iOS and Android development in React Native. Pivoted the product direction within two weeks based on user research, replacing manual logging with a voice-triggered AI interaction model and custom 3D pain mapping interface. Recognised by the Institute for Chronic Health and Pain, selected as an InnovationRCA finalist, and invited to pitch at Apple.
WQA (UK) Limited
Product Designer
Designed and maintained scalable design systems for leading billion-dollar clients using component-based architecture and tokenisation, supported by UX research and pathway mapping. Managed developer handoffs and created PRDs, while maintaining Storybook and Figma Code Connect files. Ensured WCAG-compliant, accessible designs and validated decisions through usability testing and A/B testing.

Led the end-to-end product development lifecycle for a new digital platform, defining user journeys and delivering core features such as profile creation, skill matching, and community engagement. Achieved strong early traction with 42K+ impressions, 120+ supporters, and 10 core contributors within 48 hours.

Industrial Design - Project Lead
Designed an AI-powered smart refrigerator featuring animated feedback, custom iconography, and high-fidelity interfaces with micro-animations to enhance accessibility and user experience. Developed a strategic roadmap for Havells' 2030 entry into the $1.9B mini-refrigerator market.
Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike
Product Owner - Transportation
Designed an efficient micro-mobility vehicle tailored for Bengaluru's traffic, integrating exterior information panels and a driver interface. Developed experience maps and service blueprints to support the concept, which was later presented at Bangalore Design Week and received accolades from the Bengaluru government.
